Insulated Concrete Form
Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) are a stay in place, 5-in-1 concrete forming system incorporating structure, insulation, an air/vapor barrier and a finish attachment. It is an Innovative, cost effective, enviornmentally friendly construction system and user-friendly form for sustainable and resilient design. ICF is revolutionizing modern construction and changing the way we build for a greener tomorrow.

Why Build With ICF ?
Strength and Resilience
The monolithic reinforced concrete core makes for a much stronger structure when compared to framed construction. The combination of high strength and fire resistance rating (FRR) creates superior resistance to both natural and man-made disasters. The wall components do not lose their structural integrity when exposed to high moisture environments.
Indoor Comfort
The combination of increased air tightness and continuous insulation creates a superior building envelope which has no drafts and maintains the conditioned space within the optimal thermal comfort range. The addition of the concrete mass contributes to the highly sound absorbent walls (high STC rating) giving the occupants a quiet comfortable interior.
Energy Efficiency
ICF wall has minimal thermal bridging due to the dual layers of continuous insulation. The sandwich wall assembly creates a very airtight envelope reducing undesired air leakage. The combination of the high thermal resistance, air tightness and thermal mass makes for a very energy efficient building.
Sustainability
The highly energy efficient envelope can reduce the building’s carbon footprint while the durable and robust structure fortifies it against nature’s unavoidable hazards giving ICF buildings long service life. Additionally, wall components can be made from recycled materials minimizing the impact on the environment through reduced raw material demand.

GEOTHERMAL HEATING

Geothermal technology harnesses the Earth’s heat. Just a few feet below the surface, the Earth maintains a near-constant temperature, in contrast to the summer and winter extremes of the ambient air above ground.
Three main types of technologies take advantage of Earth as a heat source:
Provide your family with a safer living environment. Geothermal energy eliminates the possibility of natural gas, propane, or oil leaks into your home, basement, or backyard.
Reduce your carbon footprint with a switch to geothermal energy. Geothermal power produces no emissions — which means that you don’t have to worry about CO or CO2 in your home.
Geothermal energy is fully sustainable and available anywhere. The installation of a single geothermal system is comparable to planting an acre of trees or removing 4 cars from the road.
Geothermal systems offer increased efficiency, lower electricity consumption, and low maintenance costs, when compared to both conventional and alternative energy systems.
SOLAR POWER
By building with us, you have the option to integrate up to 40 solar panels using a unique approach called Passive Solar Design. With this Design, you’ll save more energy than a conventional solar installation by passively heating and cooling your home.
During daytime, these solar panels will produce much more energy than you need for consumption. Rest of the energy can be stored and used at a later time and can become a good source of income
Installing a solar power system in Canada, is one of the easiest ways to add property value to your home. If you decide to sell your home, then the value of your solar power system can be calculated and added to your home accordingly.
INSULATED RADIANT FLOOR HEATING
The innovative patented panel design ensures that the tubing is completely
encased in concrete and not pushed to the bottom of the panel through the use of
bridge connectors. The larger contact area between the tubing and the
concrete allows for increased heat transfer reducing the response time of the
system and helping achieve desired temperatures faster.
Radiant Floor Heating involves under laying the floor with hot water tubing that transfers heat into the room via radiant heat and convection. This obviates the need for conventional hot-air blowing systems.
Radiant Floor Heating is more efficient than baseboard heating and hot-air heating because no energy is lost through heated air traveling through air ducts.
This approach achieves a uniform heat distribution over the entire surface of a floor which in turn heats the lower half of the room that usually envelopes the house’s residents in warmth at an overall lower temperature — in some cases up to 3 degrees celsius cooler — than a conventional heating system
100% RECYCLED MATERIAL
ICF webs are manufactured using 100% post-industrial recycled polypropylene which effectively means that over 60% of the weight of an ICF block is comprised of recycled materials.
CARBON NEUTRAL
resulting in net-zero carbon emissions
No harmful chemicals like CFC’s, HCFC’s, formaldehyde are used in manufacturing process eliminating off-gassing and greatly reducing harmful emissions.

MINIMIZE WASTE
